Why cant Elite buy Mikahs Adderall using shares or stock options instead of cash

Nasrat said Elite is buying back the Adderalls in summer 2022.

It is now summer 2023.

In addition, last year The Board made an offer for the Adderalls and Nasrat said it was ACCEPTABLE.
