How do they, $mONI, "execute" a contract without doing the necessary checks first? Is that FrankO's sneaky wording again? I guess his definition of "execute" is to have them drawn up, not actually a signed, sealed and delivered "execution". And I'm pretty sure that Borders posted once that the OTC approval was one of the holdups during the wait for the last PR.
