Hmmm. You mentioned SDNY...Any experience with LBHI restructuring? Were you also of the 'opinion' that Lehman Creditors will not get paid anything or 'Peanuts'? I hope you are Man Enough to state what your 'opinion' in LBHI BK Restructuring was/is? TIA.

"man enough", really? Are you a child? I wasn't involved with Lehman but if memory serves correctly, some Lehman creditors made out well while others didn't. It's called priority. Like we have here. Seniors, juniors, then the "to the moon" folks.

And like Lehman, this will turn out similar.
