yeah I am waiting for my 13.33% worth of AMC shares in both Fidelity and Ameritrade. Because I held all AMC shares on Aug 24, 2023 at COB in both brokerages. Yet Fidelity and Ameritrade somehow claim I had to hold the AMC shares on Aug. 23, 2023 by COB. This restriction is not mentioned in the Form 8-K filing by AMC management. In other words, the brokers are taking the liberty to rip us off the AMC shareholders by not paying us the 13.33% of the shares using this example.
I purchased all my then AMC shares on Aug. 24, 2023. Somehow they claim I had to own them on Aug. 23, 2023.
What a bunch a scam. Everything about the AMC company is now a scam. It goes on and on and never ends how much the brokers are scamming us.
