While your analysis of sales and their cash position is correct. Actual business is not what is driving this. It is the future potential of their bio patents and management connections to do something with that.
Trading on the Otc is not about fundamentals for the most part. The biggest winners are the companies that are all about what 'could' happen. I would have thought you would know that as experienced as you are.
