Can I start a lawsuit that it has to be based on the damages awarded to each and preferred have to pay more than FMCC commons and try to drag this out further :) :)

Are there any estimates of expected lawyer fees (calculated per eligible share)?
If the legal fees were higher than 5 cents per share, Freddie commons, which are entitled to 4.8 cents compensation, would receive nothing at all - despite "winning." They might even pay pay something in addition.

Do you think that the lawyer fees and costs agreement for the Class Plaintiffs is posted on PACER?



I haven't checked every single document, but I highly doubt it. I would expect a smaller percentage fee the larger the award gets; if the plaintiffs had succeeded in getting $28B in damages ($33B paid for the juniors in total minus $5B of dividends received), I doubt the lawyers would have felt justified in claiming $7-8B for themselves.
