I don't see ANYWHERE where CE is mentioned. if you're trying to say it falls under corperate governance it CLEARY says a representative from the company
could answer to those claims and present information to the Nasdaq and THEY will make the final determination.so.. no it is NOT an automatic disqualifying factor. Application of CE is NOT a final determination of guilt. it is an open ended- inquiry in our case.
