"What are the specific details of the additional AMC share payout?
Customers who hold shares of AMC at the end of day on August 24th will receive additional shares anticipated on the morning of August 28th. The payout rate is one additional share of AMC for every 7.5 shares owned. This ratio is based on the "after-split" quantity and cash will be paid in lieu of any fractional shares.

For example, if a customer holds 750 shares of AMC at the end of day on August 23rd, they will first see their 750 shares exchanged for 75 shares on the morning of the 24th, commensurate with the increase in price per share. If they retain those 75 shares through the end of day on August 24th, they will receive 10 additional shares of AMC on August 28th."
