One PR about a major business development is all we need for consistent buy volume. Even with volume as dry as it is, it’s still holding these levels well.
I think the Shell Risk designation is a big drag; especially to get new investors involved and with how long it has been up. I look forward to it's removal and that alone would run this hard ... imo
