Failed attempt? Where has the company Failed? Is it in bankruptcy, in debt? Not current on filings? Suffering from massive dilution? No. You're just pulling stuff out of thin air with absolutely nothing to back it up. All you talk about is CE,CE,CE. Well a designation on a company's stock is NOT the company nor, does it impede company operations in any way. The company is moving forward and unless you have evidence to the contrary your opinion is just that.
