100% WRONG; STOP YOUR UNKNOWING BULLSHIT, it never ends with you! No, "there's a catalyst event coming" would not be considered "insider information"!!! Something material which has happened and given to some individual, prior to public release, by an insider is "insider". Still, no problem unless the recipient trades on the knowledge, or induces others to trade on it!

Stop the BULLSHIT, it never ends with you. If any insider, ever told you there’s a catalyst event coming, would be telling you inside information. And playing around with Carnac, as a buffer, is stupid. Your hyperbole has been going on for years. We want facts, not fantasy.
