I'm no expert, however, I do believe all publicly traded companies have to abide by the Securities Exchange Act of 1933/1934.

Additionally, each state has their own Securities Commissions and Securites Regulations for which corporations must comply with. As an example, Corporate Vision is incorporated in Oklahoma, so it must comply with Oklahoma laws, specifically, Title 18 of the statutes.
