As you may have seen - this debate - Executive/Administrative V SCOTUS has played out on this board
IMO - we have as much to fear from an over powerful (not limited by years) SCOTUS as we do an overzealous POTUS or agencies
CONGRESS is charged with writing clean legislation ---- and when they fail to clarify and do their job -- Congress leaves a vacuum that both agencies and courts ABUSE . And here with F and F -- we have been abused by BOTH over and over
