I think they'll have the RSM audit piece together at the end of the month, but the SEC filing part (Laposta) will take a bit longer.

Badmoon, RSM is not a Mickey Mouse operation, they are the 6th largest audit firm in the WORLD. Their reputation is highly regarded and they made the commitment, on video, to complete the audit procedures by the end of February. That will give them 31 days to file, plenty of time in my opinion.
