I'm guessing you are aware of the previous history. I suppose it could be “Pursuant to the terms of the settlement, without admitting or denying the allegations made by the SEC, the Company agreed to a consent judgment including the payment of a penalty in the amount of $150,000.
Or perhaps the Mona issue or the voting around the shareholders to get that 600 million share to dilute with, or maybe it was the reverse split, up to 1 for 400, or . . . you know there is more but yes they seem to have problems.
