It definitely has the right name, but is too small, too far away and most importantly, out of business. We were all just guessing based on the PR (pretty typical, huh?) and I happened to be lucky enough to nail it this time.
gand I cold have posted this too, but didn't. You need to scroll a few pages out to pick up the investment company. Didn't want to waste the time, but one "could" pull up each company and compare the names.
On a side note and I'd have to go way back, this news release was pretty much exactly what I was suggesting someone should do. I'm now surprised PBLS didn't start their own mortgage lending company. As I stated way back when, and working for the 3rd largest home builder in the US some years ago, the "real money" is in supplying and flipping the mortgages. I can go into more detail if anyone is interested but I suspect this post will be lost in the activity of today.
