Yes absolutely! That sector was so explosive 3 years ago and has now been in the toilet for a long time. I can see the sector exploding again, the market is so strange that I know anything can happen. I heard that Santa Fe NM is nice. I have driven past Albuquerque several times on cross-country trips.
