Waaaah. Maybe do a little homework. U mentioned that they cannot pay salaries. Do some DD to see where the salaries stand currently.

& .... there r many other options than convertible debt. You don't have a crystal ball. If u do, DUST IT OFF! lol Better yet, toss it out the window!
