I believe it was namtae that mentioned other good points several years ago regarding Nasdaq listing:

And that is Nasrat doesn't want to go to the Nasdaq for two reasons:

1. He'll face scrutiny of Mikah with institutional investors. Right now he's hiding on the OTC where they don't invest.

2. He'll have to host LIVE conference calls again, and all the shareholders from the past will be lurking in the background ready to pounce, making Nasrat a nervous wreck each time a question is asked not knowing what the question will be.

There will be no answer, because it is all meant to distract from what is really going on here ..... If you were NasRat, would you want shareholders to replace the 3 board members that allow him to do anything he chooses with three that would question some of his decisions ??????????????? When is it in the best interest of everyone, when there is only one in charge and answers to no one ????
