That's how they get away with 16 months...

OTCM is a for-profit OTC-traded stock itself, so it allows the most-egregious delinquencies to continue trading as long as they pay minimal OTCM fees

The bad news of course is that OTCs that INTENTIONALLY go SEVERAL QUARTERS DELINQUENT rarely come back to the good.

At some point when there's zero operational business occurring, and the CEO is distracted with other projects, those CEOs often face lethargy & just let a delinquent ticker go dark.

We'll see what happens. Maybe JK will take a blue pill & wake tf up?
