It may be one of the worst changes I've seen since you all started issuing plus 1 coins.
It's absolutely awful to try to navigate through the new format.
If you want to fix something, how about the advanced search feature so you don't have to go year by year to find something from the past?

Aside from having no date associated with the message your reading, there's also no way to see where the new or old messages start or stop.

So, as I commented the other week's, actions speak louder than words and forcing EVERYONE automatically to ironically a 'full' view which is actually a abbreviated mobile view on desktop is supposed to be progressive?
I apologize for writing so crass but batch slamming total membership on a new 'ux' format doesn't seem happily volunteering by members.
And a hunt for the switch button isn't that confidence conductive either.

This line tells me all I need to know.
"Going forward, most new development will be for Full View" The site calls it classic for a reason, it's passe soon to be fazed out no matter the boiler plate talk admin is forced to keep saying. Classic will be renamed legacy, and then depreciated because, well, it can't be helped, "we're behind the times".

I will never use mobile anything ever, I hate the concept of vertical everything crap and why does this site insist on dragging people kicking and screaming into something new they have no intention of using or PAYING for.

You all gotta do what you all gotta do to stay competitive. I get that. This is not aimed at Admin, because you guys are clearly the messengers who have to take this flack up front. I'm sorry to you two that's left that have to deal with this.

In Classic View I use the "clicked link" color to determine if I've already read a post.

In Full View I don't see any way of differentiating a post I read from a post I haven't read.
This makes Full View useless.

I go away and come back multiple times a day, and also over multiple days.
Are you expecting people to just re-read posts they've already read for no reason?

I Do not like the new format.
I click on classic view and it does not go to where I left off the last time I was reading The same thread.
Why start at the very last post and go backwards to where I left off.
Dreadful!! How do you know what number post was the last read?

I'm glad the new format is working for some. I can barely get any board to load on my little Chromebook. Seems like it has to work extra hard loading all the spam ads and such.

site loads and works great on my Iphone but I don't post from my Iphone.

My posting is down 75% since the new format was introduced. Probably because I don't have a good computer

thats OK I'm just a free guy with no ad blocker and probably won't use Ihub as much as I'm use to.

I like the changes just not the best for a quick loading site anymore on my PC

Hate is probably too strong a word. Let's just say I greatly dislike the new format. The default format should be the classic, since most of the time people want to read the newest post, not have to scroll all the way from the bottom of the thread to get to the most recent one.

Shelly- I have been on Ihub for 20 years

What I don't like about the new format, is that I don't have the option of clicking a persons screen name, and sending him a private message, the way I did before this new format. In other words, when someone posts something, you could always click his name, and it would send you to information about that poster, ie the last 50 posts they had, and the ability to private message him, and other things. How do I do that now, if I am not responding to a post he sent me ? I mean, it allows me to private message back to a person that writes a post to me, but not if I simply want to send him a private message directly.
