There has been a mystery person here since the beginning that after a news release raises the pps a bit, sells to knock the pps slightly lower than before the news. Just siphons the cream off the top of the milk sort of speak. It is like a trap door effect so once you new investors buy in it is hard to get out with any profit at all. It is a pattern if you take a close look at the charts. There is no talking your way around it.
Who's to say for sure who is selling. Ben Berry or potentially some other insiders, officers, directors that already hold millions of common shares. Didn't they get some in the original exchange from QENC to KRTL. Check out all the Financial reports for the details. When do you expect the matured Restricted shares dilute pps even more?
Good luck with your investment. KRTL is a poor investment going nowhere fast. No measurable results, none. Imo, KRTL has proven itself to be a dud investment as the pps has done nothing but fall over time. That opinion remains the same till they prove otherwise.
