I stopped counting the number of mentions of “bankruptcy” after six.

There’s no way to sugarcoat the intention of RIDEQ to liquidate its assets, regardless of what RIDEQ “investors” think.

What should happen now is that Steven Burns and Edward Hightower should have all personal assets frozen and liquidated and the assets of Lordstown Motors be pooled and then divided to be dispersed to Investors who were defrauded, to allow them to recoup some or all of their losses. Any unpaid Investors should then be allowed lien claims against their estate properties to then be liquidated and dispersed to any Investors not reimbursed on the first phase.
Then send them both to prison to make payments to any Investors still left out until they have completely settled those debts, or they die of old age.

That won’t happen. It should happen.
