I certainly don’t know the answer to your question about who is responsible but it makes sense to me it would be Yorkville, but realistically it could be anybody that has a small amount of shares(their opinion) that they use to push below certain support lines.

After support is broken it wouldn’t be that hard for the share price to fold some more and run down to the next support line and then somebody with more shares to waste could do the same thing to that support line closing below it is almost certainly going to spark selling.

Yorkville would obviously want to convert at the lowest possible price and that would be the dilution that would be added to our outstanding shares.
And we won’t know that until that information is released.

But who knows.
It’s expected.

Does anybody know if there is a specific amount of conversions that can be done per month? Or can they do them whenever they wish?
