GM and Ford do not import entire kit vehicles and sell millions every year in the USA from China.
MULN however, does. And also bought two concept cars from 2021 for $1.6 million that once went into production, perhaps in 2028 or 2032, may achieve the idea behind the concept. Those cars may be 3-5 years old and are just that, a "concept." An idea.
Most concept cars are scrapped and repurposed due to flaws and other issues.
MULN repurposed them into a mega scam and can't even get them on the road. The one that did is their bev truck, already sold and being used in China.
The others had failures and glitches or looked like they got baked in the sun and were held together by zip ties.
