As a company insider she is legally bound to file Form 4s when she sells (or buys, which of course never happens) in a timely fashion.

Instead she chooses to spit in the face of Securities Law and the SEC, by being years behind in her filings* with the result that her husband already faces one lawsuit, and we can be confident that the SEC are also on alert:
