NYT, so I was wondering how you think this ends and when. I see only three possibilities, Bankruptcy. Settlement/Buyout or continued litigation against new defendants and of course the associated continued dilution. I think they have passed the point of more dilution as there wont be enough funds to split with shareholders. So that leaves Bankruptcy or Settlement/Buyout and I think it happens in the first half of next year. Based on your posts I would guess you are in the bankruptcy camp or do you have another outcome I have not mentioned. the prophet
