The court said the conservator could do whatever was in their best interest, NWS included. If you think the Lamberth ruling is now the precedent and the whole things is going to pivot 180 degrees, then I suggest you buy as much as you can afford and leverage at this price. According to you, with this "new" precedent, every nickel that was taken from them over and above initial bailout funds will be returned. I'm not saying it shouldn't, I'm just saying I know better.
