The right question is why the O/S is now over a billion on a company that doesn't make any net income nor generates cash. And never has.
If that "1.2% of the O/S" actually equated to what the pom pom crowd was promising over the past decade, we'd be talking about $12,000,000 dollars.
But we're not. We're talking about $82,000.
