If they do not file, the 10-Q they have so many days to come into compliance or they will get delisted to the expert market until they come back into compliance.

Once on the expert market only closing positions are allowed. No buys are allowed by retail investors.

This is not a place that we want to go to.

If we do go to the expert market, it doesn't mean that's the end for HGEN. All they will have to do is come back into compliance.

I still believe they will file otherwise they would not have put out the notice of late filing if they weren't planning to file.

You are correct, nothing really changes for now, unless they miss the deadline for filing before the extension period is up, 15 calendar days I believe.

After that it goes to the purgatory of the EM with no solicited trading. I don’t know of any US brokers that allow buying of EM shares. Brokers usually only allow the closing out of shares.

How this affects any shares that are still short and uncovered? I have no idea…but I don’t see it as anything positive for us.

Anyone get an answer from the Investor Relations in their intent to file? Not sure if they can disclose that anyway….
