it's all based on amc shares in float and ape shares and the price of each on day they do the conversion.... just simple math.....yeah it would have been higher if share prices were higher....but I wouldn't get all worried about it....we have absolutely NO control over the price of amc or ape....so we will know at the end of week the exact number but if you plug amc and ape price in on the day of the conversion you should come up with same number the stock will open on Monday Aug 28...hope this makes sense... lots in this market place doesn't
