The sequence of events as I understand are as follows...this has been well documented
this is simplied version w/o verbage for most part
1. AMC does R/S 1share amc for every 10 shares amc as of record date (this week)
2. APE does calculation of 1 share amc for every 10 shares ape
3. 1 additional share amc for every 7.5 shares of amc (ape pref are not involved in this calc.)
Proposed price after the R/S conversion:
Price $3.13 amc $2.18 ape
Shrs Outstding 519,190,000 + 1,000,000,000 = 1,519,190,000
Price X Shrs. Out 1,625,064,700 + 2,180,000,000 = 3,805,064,700
Dollars/shrs outstdX10 $25.047

The ruling by Zurn was 1 share for 7.5 shares before the split but AMC issued an 8D filing that shows 1 share for 7.5 shares after the split. There an objection to this by someone besides Rose Izzo. APE shares convert to AMC shares and then 10 to 1 split.
