i bought 20 yesterday at .00015, and as soon as the ask size at .0002 was taken out, it was reloaded again, they seem to just keep loading somehow..but, it could be as simple as the MM's selling 2's with the ask size being fake... MM's havea so much wiggle room in pinky land, so anything kind of goes here
