Shawn has but a couple of choices. Raise funds from share sales which is impossible with this narrative and share structure, or start making those payments himself. I vote for the latter, as it is he is unlikely to ever get his money or that of the series "N" note back in my opinion. This treatment center model is now a three time loser from what I see. Just a one two tick flip here, that is all.
