Yep another great quarter for ELTK. Not quite as big as Q1, and the stock opened in the $4's after that report. So the stock seems much more fairly valued here in the $8's. But wouldn't be surprised if it popped back up to $10+

Couple of positives. There was a 1-time charge of $350K in Q2, so earnings would have been .05/share higher. Also sounds like Q2 is seasonally a bit slower, with fewer working days. I missed the CC this morning...not sure if any comment on backlog/bookings? Sounds like demand is still pretty good in the earnings PR.

ELTK - In addition there was a one-time dinger this quarter:

"Earlier this month, we were informed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection that it rejected our claim to reduce the clean air penalty imposed on us. Therefore, we have provided a full allowance for this penalty in our Q2 interim financial statements and recorded a one-time expense in the amount of $0.35 million," concluded Mr. Yaffe.

ELTK look attractive to anyone else? Excellent Q2 earnings of .27/share (excluding the 1-time charge of $350K) vs .13/share last year. Even with Q2 being seasonally a bit slower with fewer working days. ELTK continues to increase manufacturing capacity. They recently paid off their bank debt, and they're still sitting on $1.40/share in cash.

ELTK jumped over $9 last week on the strong report. I picked up some shares in the low $8's this morning and will be accumulating.
