Correct. Which can be confusing since OTCM is who approves the name change for the market. Either way, the corporate name has been changed officially with Delaware. There are ZERO reasons for OTC to not make it official except for behind the scenes games with MMs, or pure lack of being able to meet their responsibilities in a timely manner.
