You know, it doesn't even really matter what the truth is. It only matters who will be taking the fall. It's easy to blame HE, wether they are at fault or not. It's pretty clear, they are the ones with the target on their back, and a very believable story paints them as the devil.
I see HE getting slaughtered by lawsuits, and liability, and forced into chapter eleven restructuring.
Equity will get wiped out, debt restructured, and new investors will be found to jump into a restructured company that exits from chapter eleven.
