Ninja is out of his mind - nothing you posted is germane to the CCTL ticker.

Pillsworth doesn't have any mining equipment - CCTL doesn't have anything but a worthless CEO that has proven he is incompetent and can't provide truthful information.

Pillsworth filed the Annual Report and the OTCM immediately placed the shell risk on CCTL and the CE is still in place.
