Yes, the FDA could have done that and if so it would have been financially prudent for both Pfizer and Elite to roll their products out, but we see now that the FDA doesn't intend to do that. As a patient who likes paying less for drugs, I am glad they didn't. I never said SequestOx was always a bad idea/investment. Its that with what we know now it doesn't have the profit potential to justify the cost to bring it to market.

As each ADF opioid is approved they should reduce quotas of non ADFs
People will not buy until they have too.
