You're right in Europe we use a comma as a decimal separator.
Tedro, it is all about purity.
If Niocorp is able to generate 5*9th for scandium on purity level, they easily can get the highest pricing.
We will see it with the update of the feasibility study respectively the demo plant results. So the possible prices could be in the range as follows (If you count in lb it is as follows: 1 kg = 2,20462 lbs):

Scandium Metal 99.999% min EXW China 2,433.92 USD (2,239.21EUR) per lb equals 4926,27 EUR/kg

Scandium Metal 99.99% min EXW China 1,448.46 USD (1,332.58 EUR) per lb equals 2931,68 EUR/kg

Scandium Oxide 99.99% min EXW China 310.08 USD (285,27 EUR) per lb equals 627,59 EUR/kg

Anyway, if Niocorp is able to setup the supply chain for Aluminium-Scandium Alloys and I think they are able to do so, they can sell the final products and not only the raw materials.
I expect they will use the complete scandium to produce their own Aluminium-Scandium Alloys in their own production plant.
Maybe they are also in talks for stockpiling. DOD definitely needs also Scandium!
