What 'others' are you referring to? I was referring to people who matter, like Nasrat, FDA, Pfizer. These are the individuals who have decided not to pursue the market. Sure Elite is dead in the water because of Pfizer but Nasrat has said on several CCs he doesn't expect that market to be profitable or worth pursuing because the reality is the anti-abuse opioids on the market are not being purchased.
Besides the entire market was estimated at 400 million. Why do you care about SequestOx at 400 million for all anti-abuse ANDAs like Pfizer's and Elite's when there are other productions with markets over a billion that have people clamoring to get there hands on it.
If Pfizer thought they could make money they would launch it. Despite having it approved it is still not worth the time, effort, and likely embarrassment of really low sales.
