net earnings $5.0 billion per quarter, a projection of $20 billion net per year.

so if Fannie needed to pay 15 million a year in dividends - counted as expense - on a frozen LP/SP --- that would leave 5B of profit

that is $5 a share or say $4 a share post some JPS payment

that would be an attractive PPS --- if LP/SP was neither wiped out nor used to dilute but deemed frozen with a 10% cash flow to GOV in quarters where earnings allow (and in others - stock would be used to pay the 10% at some prospectively set valuation - like $10 a share)

I expect the warrants won't be used... if they do try to i expect further lawsuits. government is starting to lose its grip on these two as honesty and truth are beginning to prevail as ... to many lies to cover up misdeeds are beginning to devour those that created the myth.

should expect some resolution..
