So when is Lamberth's final verdict in the jury trial expected? Is there a deadline? Can he wait, say, another 12 months?

Is Lamberth possibly delaying the announcement of the final verdict merely because he still has to determine the prejudgment interest? In this case it could happen next week.

Or is he delaying so that no appeal can be filed? An appeal can only be filed after his final judgment is out.

Or does he - as the last triumph of a lost battle - simply want to delay the payouts?
