MXSG currently trades on the OTC Pink Limited tier---if they don't file by Sept 30 (180 days from reporting period end date 3/31)--they will then enter a 15 day grace period, after which if still non-compliant, they will be placed in the hell of the Expert Market where quotes and retail trading go bye-bye
