Knowing about him, he is going to talk about the preferred shares, dilution and how the government should exercise their warrants and convert the seniors to Commons. It is very possible that he is unhappy that the preferred have pretty much stayed flat, so I 100% expect him not to say anything towards the GSE release, but only towards his preferred shaft conversion.
