That's a good question. There was some discussion about the relationship between NSAV and TruSAF on this board right after it was first announced that NSAV would go public with TruSAF via IPO.

All we know at this point is that the CEO indicated an IPO. I rather doubt that will happen for many reasons, not the least of which is that it costs money, and NSAV has none.
