Prasco/Burel deal in past didn’t add any financial value. Eager for Elite to get foot in AG space. Interesting.

Elite LITERALLY already had a product with them and then ended the Agreement EARLY.

The Prasco partnership is valuable. I won’t be surprised if it grows to other products in the future.
