While you are stuck on your appeal thing, how'd that appeal of them not getting the 10-day rule applied to them on the first 180-day "grace period" go? Oh, you didn't know they did an appeal? Find it in the rules. Yup, they appealed it. It never got considered.

Sending in a piece of paper complaining is not an appeal.
