So next up is a pre-trial status conference with the judge on Oct 10, summary judgement hearing on Oct 13, and then assuming the summary judgement is denied, jury trial starts Nov 6.

Thats got to be expensive... and I wonder what portion of the original complaint Ameritek is potentially liable for. The list of co-defendants is quite large.
