Yeah, wouldn't it be something though if Chuck was setting up a bear trap for the shorts, a head fake. I know this is probably not what's happening, but one never knows so I can dream.
The shorts have piled on again after Netlist selling of new shares to raise capital, because to them it signals no settlement with Samsung and an appeal by Samsung of the recent court judgment. This would further delay Netlist from receiving any money and create more uncertainty and then throw in Gail's recent selling of shares to add icing to the cake. But what if Chuck knows that an agreement with Samsung is imminent and going to happen soon and when it's announced the trap will be sprung. As heavily shorted as Netlist is we would have an instant short squeeze. I just love a good conspiracy theory!
